What to Have Ready When You Call

The conversation moves fast with a few basics on hand:

• Your target listing date — or better, the photo shoot date if it's booked
• Neighborhood and roughly when the home was built
• What worries you most — a bold color, scuffed halls, a faded front elevation, a rental coming back rough
• Whether the home is occupied, vacant, or an estate
• Agent-listed or FSBO, and whether your agent has already flagged paint items
